Min 24 hours per week (negotiable)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and ideally experienced Practice Nurse – NMC registered,

To join our excellent Nursing Team & Surgery.

The team consists of 1 Lead/Senior Nurse Practitioner, 3 part-time Practice Nurses and 2 Healthcare Assistants

 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and take on responsibilities and team spirited. Experience of chronic disease management, e.g. Asthma, COPD, CHD, health promotion and routine health screening such as smears, contraception, sexual health and childhood immunisations would be a definite advantage. The team is being reorganised and will consist of 1 Lead nurse, 1 Senior Nurse Practitioner, 2 part-time Practice Nurses and 2 Healthcare Assistants

 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to lead from the front, learn and take on responsibilities, team spirited and work closely with the practice management and GPs to deliver the Practice priorities.
