Have you missed your 4th Covid Spring Booster?

If so and you are 75yrs and over please read below:

For any patients who have not had their 4th Covid Spring Booster this is for patients aged 75yrs and over, St Georges will be running a Spring Booster Covid clinic on Friday 20TH May from 2pm to 5.30 pm this is at the Fire Station not at the surgery. Please arrive during the times specified, no appointment required please note the vaccine that will be administered is Moderna.

Please help us to speed up the process by printing your full name, date of birth and NHS Number if known on a piece of paper and bring this with you. Please wear a mask and suitable clothing.

Walk in Covid Vaccine Clinics to resume from June 4th 2022 at the Fire Station

Moderna and Pfizer is the vaccine being administered depending on what vaccine you have already had.

Please note, you must be free from Covid infection for 4 weeks if you are over 18 years old and 12 weeks if you are under 18 years old. The exception for under 18 years old is if you have an underlying health condition or live with someone who is immunocompromised, in this case, it is 8 weeks after infection.

Please remember to wear a mask.
