Simone Sweeten

Lead nurse

Simone has been working at the practice since 2013. She is an independent prescriber with a keen interest in diabetes. Her other duties include travel vaccinations, baby vaccination clinics, cervical screening, ear irrigation, wound care, and general practice nursing duties.

Emily Rudge

Practice nurse

Emily has been working at the practice since 2009. Her clinical interests are in asthma & COPD. Her other duties include travel vaccinations, baby vaccination clinics, vaccinations, wound care, and general practice nursing duties.

Victoria Macfarlane

Practice nurse

Victoria has been at the practice since 2021. Her duties include long term condition reviews, baby vaccination clinics, ear irrigation, smoking cessation, vaccinations, cervical screening, wound care, and general practice nursing duties.

Elizabeth Haselden

Practice nurse

Elizabeth had been a practice nurse since 2021 and joined our practice in 2024. Her duties include long term condition reviews, NHS health checks, baby immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and general practice nursing duties. She is also the practice’s Infection Control lead.

Anita Cunningham

Health care assistant

Anita re-joined the St George’s nursing team in 2025. Her duties include long term condition reviews, NHS health checks, wound care and smoking cessation.

Ele Gould

Phlebotomist

Ele started at the practice in 2020 and is now with us full-time doing phlebotomy and GP Administration work.

Sarah Symes

Nurse administrator

Sarah started at the practice during 2022. Her main responsibilities include managing the diabetic administration & appointments, recalls & invitations, and supporting the nursing team.
